Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Mountain State Mercantile. We are committed to offering you the best possible service. Please refer to the following guidelines about our shipping policy.

When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.
The prices we charge for using our services / for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. 1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If there is a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days for delivery. We will inform you via email or telephone if there is a significant delay in shipment of your order.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location.

Estimated delivery time within the continental United States is 5-7 business days. For other locations, please allow up to 14 business days. Note that these are estimates and not guarantees.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Mountain State Mercantile is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages
Mountain State Mercantile is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. When we receive a valid warranty claim for a product purchased from us, we will either repair the relevant defect or replace the product. If we are unable to repair or replace the product within a reasonable time, the customer will be entitled to a full refund upon the prompt return of the product to us. We will pay for shipment of repaired or replaced products to customer and customer will be responsible for return shipment of the product to us. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

6. International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship to countries outside the United States. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes, or other fees that may be imposed will rest with the customer.

7. Retention of right to change offering
We may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.

Return & Exchange Policy
For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following: (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; and (ii) the following products are not eligible for return: prints.
